OUR CLASSES


CLASSIC BOOTCAMP CLASS.

Our classic bootcamp classes focus on strength training, fat burning, cardio fitness and functional movement. Expect weight racks, dumbells, kettle bells and high intensity mental fitness! We have 3 days per-week and 2 days per-week options.


GRIND HYBRID CLASS.

This high-intensity hybrid class combines aerobic conditioning with functional strength training for a full-body challenge. Expect a mix of running, weightlifting, and extended workouts that push your limits.

Designed to be Whistler’s toughest workout, it's ideal for the part-time athlete aiming to boost overall performance, as well as those preparing for events like HYROX. While not sport-specific, the training is highly transferable to a wide range of athletic disciplines.

Note: Running will be a key component of this class.


G.L.o CLASSES

Our Grind Lite Option is our beginner-friendly class designed for anyone ready to take the first step into fitness with no experience required. Whether you’re just starting out, returning after time off, or looking to improve your form and confidence in the gym, this class is built for you.

We focus on the fundamentals, proper form, controlled movement, and understanding how your body moves. You’ll be guided through foundational exercises using barbells and bodyweight movements, with plenty of time for coaching, questions, and personalised support.
