CLASSIC BOOTCAMP.
Classic is our tried-and-true strength-focused class designed to help you build a solid foundation. Each session features a 30–40 minute strength segment centered around a key movement pattern, squat, hinge, or press, followed by a high-intensity finisher we call Mental Fitness.
The finisher, lasting 5–20 minutes, is designed to elevate your heart rate and push your limits through dynamic, functional movements.
The goal? Lift well, move well, and leave sweaty and strong.
GRIND HYBRID CLASS.
Hybrid classes will resume November 3, 2025
Hybrid is our high-intensity aerobic class, inspired by Jake’s training for Hyrox events. But don’t expect to sit on a spin bike for an hour, this class is anything but static.
One moment you'll be lifting weights, the next you're running laps. The focus is on volume, intensity, and pushing your limits, with a pace that keeps your heart rate guessing.
Perfect for building stamina, training like a part-time athlete, or simply getting outside and shedding a few extra pounds. Expect full-body workouts that run about 50 minutes with minimal downtime to keep you moving.
Note: A solid grasp of the foundational lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench press) is required to get the most out of this class.
